1. About BetterHeart

BetterHeart is a personal health tracking and education service operated by MMH Global Ltd. By using BetterHeart, you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

BetterHeart is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI companion provides health education and general information only. Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BetterHeart
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Health data you enter should be accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You may delete your account and all data at any time from Settings

4. Free and Premium plans

BetterHeart offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription:

• Free — blood pressure tracking, 90-day history, basic AI companion (10 messages/day)
• Premium — all metrics, unlimited history, unlimited AI, GP PDF export, personalised insights. Currently £5.99/month or £49/year.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use BetterHeart for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of BetterHeart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of BetterHeart after changes constitutes acceptance.
